The New Macey 300 & 425 Amp Bolted Coupler is designed for semi-permanent electrical connections where strength, reliability and long-term performance are critical. These units are typically used in installations where frequent coupling and uncoupling is not required, and a more secure, fixed connection is preferred.
The system shares a common interface across both configurations, using the same face as the panel-mounted adapter and the cable-mounted coupler. This allows seamless integration between fixed infrastructure and mobile equipment, ensuring consistency across installations and simplifying site standardisation.
The adapter is designed to be securely mounted to panels or fixed structures, while the coupler is terminated to standard mining cables. Together, they form a robust and dependable connection point suited to high-current underground applications.
