The New Macey 150 Amp Restrained Receptacle is designed for demanding underground hard rock mining operations where reliability, durability and safety are critical. Built from stainless steel 304, the restrained configuration provides secure engagement with the mating plug and controlled coupling under load.

All pins and thimbles are silver plated to maximise conductivity and reduce corrosion in moisture-prone underground environments. The internal earth ring is force-fitted into the receptacle to maintain a constant-force connection to the plug earth sleeve.

A heavy-duty jacking screw machined from stainless steel round bar provides controlled coupling and uncoupling. The coloured insulation system supports correct orientation and phase identification for safer, faster installations.
